Yes, you need an internet connection to access exams, notes and materials. Pages you open are cached to save data on repeat visits.
Can I use my mobile app account on the website?
Yes. The website uses the same accounts as the Android app — sign in with the same email and password or the same Google account.
Is my data secure?
Yes, your data is secure. We use encryption to protect your personal information and follow industry standards for data protection.
How can I ask a question?
Use the Contact Support button (Telegram) and our community or support team will respond as soon as possible.
How do I edit my profile?
Go to Profile and choose 'Edit account'. From there you can update your name and personal details.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Go to Profile and select 'Delete account', then confirm.
How do I view the answers?
In practice mode, the correct answer and explanation appear as soon as you answer. In exam mode, review all answers on the results page.
Are there any fees?
Creating an account and many questions are free. Some departments have premium content — contact our support team on Telegram to get access.
